| Members are
																		advised that any changes to the exterior of
																		their unit require PROSPECTIVE approval by the
																		Board.  Examples of these changes include,
																		but are not limited to:  Satellite dishes,
																		replacement windows and doors, exterior light
																		fixtures and landscaping added to the common
																		areas (outside of patios). Requests for
																		approval must be submitted to the management
																		company on the appropriate form appropriate form. This form also
																		includes specific rules about
																		what is acceptable. Residents are
																		strongly encouraged to review these documents
																		and contact the management company before making
																		any changes to the exterior of their unit. |
