Welcome to Playmor Terrace West.  We are a Townhouse community of 224 units located at the corner of Regents Road and Arriba Street in San Diego.

This Community is managed by Moonstone Management and Consulting. The Property Manager is Sean DeFreitas. Mr. DeFreitas may be contacted during normal business hours via telephone or email. The Board members of the Homeowners’ Association may be contacted through the Management company.
